Meet Carrilee
My team has been designed to help Sellers maximize their equity when selling their home. Licensed in Arizona since 1996, I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. With my emphasis on marketing, leadership, and commitment to client service, my goal is to provide the very best options to Executors who are thinking of selling the property in the estate by focusing on three things:

I know from my own personal experience that dealing with the death of a loved one and then, the estate, is very difficult and emotional, in addition to being often overwhelming.

In addition to being a Real estate agent for 25+ years, I also work with several title companies and understand the mechanisms and issues that can arise when dealing with the transfer of the title of a home held by an estate.
